National Dryland Salinity Program - Knowhow to tackle salinity Logo
Saltlist

Sharing information about salinity research and management is one way to promote the struggle. So is an audience of peers to whom you can throw questions and answers.

SALTLIST is a listserv that provides this opportunity.

Now managed by the CRC for Plant-Based Management of Dryland Salinity, SALTLIST was originally established by the NDSP in South Australia then nationally. It uses the on-line environment to connect researchers, extension providers, local government agencies, land managers and many others. SALTLIST promotes salinity focussed events, alerts others to new research, developments or discoveries and contributes answers and understanding to the salinity research environment.

SALTLIST now has more than 500 subscribers who participate in the listserv and/or its weekly condensed bulletin SALTLIST-DIGEST. Both are moderated forums.
